Come by any Monday night, 6-8pm, for open browsing to take home whatever you’d like. All we ask is that you wear a mask while browsing. (Please check our Instagram for any last-minute closures.)
During open browsing hours, we are only accepting accepting book donations that meet this criteria.
We are always accepting donations for Astoria Food Pantry: unopened & unexpired food, personal care items (menstrual pads, deodorant), and reusable bags.
Some notes:
– We are located at 25-82 Steinway Street in Astoria. We can’t ship.
– There is no limit on how many books you can take, but remember these books are for all and to leave some for your neighbors.
– The only books we have available are the ones on our shelves and we don’t keep a database of titles. We recommend shopping at Astoria Bookshop if you need something in particular.
